Access Statement

The site and its facilities have no specific adaptions for people with disabilities or wheelchair users.
The site is on two levels, the upper level being accessible to wheelchair users from the car park.

Pathways are illuminated after dark for both safety and security.

Terms and Conditions

The first named person is responsible for the booking.

Caravans are normally let Saturday to Saturday, but they may be booked for a part week if available.

An e mail receipt will be sent to you when we receive your deposit and balance of payment which confirms your booking. A written receipt will not be sent out unless a stamped, addressed envelope is enclosed.
Deposits cannot be refunded

If you fail to notify a cancellation or pay the balance by due date, the deposit is forfeited and the booking is null and void.

In the event of cancellation a voucher for the full amount will be issued valid to the end of the current calendar year, provided written notification is received at least 21 days before the holiday is due to commence.

Caravans are not available before 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

No arrivals after midnight unless prior arrangements are made.

Visitors are asked to bring their own sheets, duvet covers or sleeping bags. Pillows, duvets and blankets are provided. Blankets, bedding and seat cushions must not be used outside the caravan. Caravans may not
be occupied by more than the persons, or pets, specified on the booking form.
The persons hiring the accommodation shall be exactly as stated on the booking form unless permission for alteration has been given by the management in writing. The accommodation shall be used only by the persons listed on the Booking Form. Bookings are not transferable.

All losses and breakages must be replaced or paid for before departure.

We shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness or loss or damage to property however caused or sustained be it by management or staff, or other visitor.

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Dogs must have their own bedding and on no account be allowed on beds or settees. Dogs must not be left alone in a caravan. Any visitor leaving a dog unattended in a caravan will be asked to vacate immediately.
Recognised “dangerous breeds” are not allowed under any circumstances.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and exercised away from the site.

Prior to vacating the unit

The visitor will leave the caravan, and its contents, in a clean and tidy condition for the next occupancy. Damage to the accommodation or equipment must be reported at once.
